Thank you for supporting Dolphland Roleplay. Every purchase helps us keep the city running, improve server quality, add new content, maintain scripts, support development, and continue building a better roleplay experience for the community.

Please read everything carefully before making a purchase.

📌 Store Policy

All purchases are final.

All items are non-refundable.

Make sure you are purchasing the correct package, item, vehicle, perk, or rank before checking out.

You will not be refunded for purchasing the wrong item, changing your mind, or deciding later that you no longer want what you bought.

Example: If you purchase a vehicle and later decide you do not want it, you will not receive a refund.

🎁 Item Delivery

Items do not always come automatically.

After purchasing, you must create a donation ticket in our Discord so staff can verify and deliver your purchase.

You must be in game and available to receive your items.

Please be patient and allow time for delivery. A Head Admin or higher may be required to verify and complete your purchase.

🧾 Claim Time Limit

Any donation or store purchase must be claimed within 1 month of the purchase date.

After 1 month, the receipt may be considered invalid and the package may no longer be claimable.

⚠️ Rules & Responsibility

Purchasing from the store does not make you exempt from server rules.

If you break server rules, abuse your purchased perks, exploit, or use your items in a way that hurts roleplay, your items may be removed without refund.

🚫 Chargebacks

Any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal may result in a permanent blacklist from Dolphland Roleplay.
